Hey guys
My shop that does all my work http://www.3zero3motorsports.com on all my toys. Has started installing my PES Supercharger & Meth System. We found a lot of carbon. Mainly on the left side. Sorry for the pics used my I-phone. The fuel rails are very heavy. I will keep you guys updated as it goes on. We removed all the carbon buy hand.

haha just curious what a "high boost" supercharger number would be b/c i dont know very much about it

everything looks great though man make sure the center vent of that vorsteiner will clear the intake manifold, it looks like it could be pretty close

Quite frankly, I'm shocked by the amount of RS4's that are affected by this carbon buildup...in any case, glad the problem is being remedied.

Any idea on how the supercharger will affect the carbon buildup issue?

Wow Weeder I can and can't believe you're that bad with carbon deposits as well. Do you plan on having a catch can installed? Or just run meth alone.

Kit is looking great, is that the standard paint job or did you do the OEM IM color? I'm impressed with the quality of the kit, looks top notch.

I'm looking forward to comparing numbers once both of our kits are done. What does the time schedule look like? Keep us posted on the updates!

Well I don't think it's the case of the internals not being strong enough. It's the simple fact that the RS4 motor runs at 12.5:1 compression. The simplest way to increase the boost safely without having to build up internals would be to lower the compression by increasing the thickness of the head gaskets.

I know that they are working on the supension and the Meth Injection now. I have been pretty busy so I have not been able to get to the shop to check on the RS, been doing everything buy phone. I have them installing this stuff as well.

I agree, but I decided to install Focal through out the whole car. Not just subs.

The bodyshop & towing have been really busy, which it's a good thing. It pays for toys. Plus I have guys getting my GT3 ready for summer fun on the track. To many projects.

Hey Guy's I was not able to make it to 3zero3 tonight because of the crazy day that I had. So I call the tech, Aaron to send me some pics from his cell. I plan on going there tomorrow to take some better pics, and video. The only thing we have left to do is ((Seats, a complete stereo system, a custom meth tank in the trunk, and the HKS camp2 monitoring system))

I didn't know you decided to install the HKS Camp2. you're going to love it! You will have to set the "car type" to BMW 2 in order to get the readings through OBDII. Unfortunately you won't see A/F ratio as I just found out.
