Another successful CC mod and then some

I took this last Saturday to do some mods. I did the CC Mod, painted the interior of the headlights and decided to go to black wheels. Next is H&R Sport Springs. Tell me what you think so far.

All looks good, but I'm not a fan of black wheels. So I think it sucks.... Just kidding. Good work!

    Very nice!

Hopefully you prepped the wheels well. Even the high-quality paint will chip pretty fast.

    Overall, great job!

Re: Another successful CC mod and then some

    To answer all your questions:

    -The bumper gap is normal.
-My friend had done his wheels on his S4 so I got some advice from him. I primed, painted and clear coated with multiple coats. It should be good to go.
-The DRLs are Pilot XC-1156W Chrome coated bulbs. I want to do the city lights because I hate the look of the halogens. Anybody got any ideas?
-As far as the lighting quality on the headlights I haven't noticed any difference.

Thanks for all the responses guys!

You're wasting sooooooooo much money going w/ the K04. You might aswell go and do the APR stage III kit. I mean 20-30 hp for 4-5k w/ tuning when you can pay 5500 in change for a gt28 w/ the proper tune...TAKE THE ADVICE BUDDDY

Just to let everyone know my car was previously JStahmann's project car on AudiWorld. So as far as all the performance mods go, they have already been done and I'm not wasting my money. The K04 itself may only add 20-30 hp but with all other mods and a proper APR tune the car will be pushing almost 300hp. Did I mention that JStahmann and my car are in the Bonneville 150 Club. For those who don't know, he ran 157mph in 2 miles with all the work that has been done to the car. So I trust JStahmann and all his work. He knows what he is doing and I will take his advice.

Ok sorry for the rant. I don't mean to have a pissing contest with anyone but just get your facts straight before you tell me I'm wasting my money.

The APR mods don't do me much good without a tune. It was flashed back to stock before I bought it! LAME! So now its a debate between the a proper APR K04 tune and H&R springs. I know its not much of a debate but I'm on a limited college budget. haha I'm leaning toward the tune. I'm thinking about doing the window trim. Some of the chrome is starting to go dull and I think the black will go well with the grille, side mirrors and roof. And yes Phil I think the foglights will be coming up very soon!
