Best Sound from Stock System

How can I get the best sound out of the stock bose system? Earlier Audis had hidden settings in the symphony unit is ours the same? Is there any way to make the sound quality better without buying new speakers/headunit?

I wish I new the power output and resistance of the stock amp so I knew what I could replace my factory speakers with.

You mean hold in the volume knob? On the Symphony II+ a push mutes and a hold powers off so I am not sure what you mean.

is there anyway we can replace just the bass speaker in the rear w/o getting an amp....even with just a little improvement over stock is awesome....i have no idea with radio technicals so.....

More questions that could be answered if we could just figure out the output of the stock bose AMP. I hate that you can't get the BOSE specs...
