Any way to override the DVD player in the Q5?

Just wondering if there's any info on a way to allow DVD's to play while the car is moving.

My wife likes to watch movies when we go for long drives, and lugging the laptop (HDX18t) every time is not fun.

Any ideas?

i have an alpine dvd player, and it was very easy, it had the e brake cable that tells the tv when the brake is engaged, find that wire, and ground it out if that does not work plug a toggle switch in to that wire and the second wire comming off of the toggle switch to the brake pedel. mine is like that and i depress the brake and flip the toggle switch 3 times.

yes you either need a VIM (video in motion) or i know theres a hack out there
