S-tronic failas when it gets warm (ish)

Dear all, long time viewer but this is my first post...
So, Audi S4 2010 with s-tronic starts and runs just fine but after running for a while it starts to misbehave and sending faultcodes. It doesn't matter if I have been driving it or if it's just stationary in park.
Next day, when cold again, same thing. No fault codes for the first 15-20? min but then it starts...
Gearbox malfunction, you can keep on driving.
No park.
Then no revese.
Then TPMS.

I have also noticed that the radiator fan doesn't start when I would like it to. Up to 95c and still not spinning.
It (they) does work when the AC is on.

Anybody, any idea what this might be, could it be connected?
