best tyre size for A4 15inches Factory rim

i have a question. my factory Tyre size is 205/60/15. if i change it to 205/55/15 or 205/50/15, would it become a problem or any disadvantage? what is the best size tyre in 15 inches for A4?

I would just stay factory size IMO.

For winter narrower is better so I run 195/65/R15 on the stockers. That's really the best winter traction setup. I don't see any problem with running 205/55's but the wheels will look small with less sidewall. And the speedo will be off. And your spare tire wouldn't be the right size (AWD issues). So I'd just stick with the stock size, or the alternate narrower size.

I use 205/55/15 for the summer season and a narrower winter tire 195/65/15 in the winter.

205/50/15 would fit but is too small for the A4.

Next time you get fuel, check the inside of the fuel door, the suggested tire sizes are posted on the inside.

No, won't fit. TT has 5x100mm while the B5 has 5x112.

if i put 215/60/15 instead 205/60/15, would it be big Drama? or would they fit? hit the guard?

Just curious. Why you want to change your factory tire size? Most ppl have different wheel or tires just for winter and for summer,Should not mess around w/ factory tires size on 15s, leave it same
