it's not just the thing in there that's amazing, it's the fact that the entire setup looks show-room clean. I can't decide weather they actually cleaned the shit out of the parts or if they just decided 'fuck it buy everything neuuuu!!!"

That seems to be the way they run things over here in the good shops. They run around the shop all day picking up and labeling and organizing. They even have big squeege stlye push vacuums, constantly cleaning the floors in the bays.

I wonder how they stuffed all that in there (if they modified the trans tunnel or anything) because the B5 A4 that they tried to stuff the RS6 engine in had the whole engine hanging a couple of inches out of the front clip. I'd imagine that with an adapter plate for the tranny (or however they did that), it would be even longer, but obviously that got worked out somehow.

It's obviously hard to tell from the pictures, but if I'm seeing things correctly they're not using the snub-mounting piece that's apart of the front clip, beyond that I can't really tell. Also, they're not using the factory turbo placement, so they were probaly able to shove it in there a couple inches deeper since they can adjust the turbo's like that and put all the ABS crap inside the firewall.

since they have the vbands on the frame rails we can safely assume this is the complete frame as test-fitted.

The RS6 block has a crank that can only be used with the RS6 torque converter and auto trans. That could be any other audi v8 block. Best bet would be a B6 S4 block and the old s2 trans.

The hood scoop is only somewhat functional. The air hitting the leading edge of the hood creates a high pressure area but the area in front of the scoop is low pressure. I'd bet the majority of the intake air comes from the cowl or the engine compartment.
