Noob about wheels here

Getting new wheels and tires for my a4 from a guy who had them on his s5. There vmr vb3's front 19x8.5 ET 15 with 235/35/19 hankook v12 tires, and rear 19x9.5 ET 20 with 245/35/19 hankook v12's. He even said they would be aggressive on my car. I'm guessing these will rub? Will I need spacers if so what size?
I'm also on stock suspenstion now but will be going to st coils probably this summer.
