Between about 2300-2800 rpm, if i leave the throttle steady, the engine seems to have a strange surging feeling, and i can watch the rpm surge, drop, surge drop, and so on.. i think its most pronounced on slopes.. is this a turbo issue or something? 2.0t btw.
