just went with a change and got a 2010 wrx hb. I absolutely love the thing and couldnt be happier with it. At this point in my life i need a car thats reliable and doesnt need to be in the shop all the time. I will however be looking to get back into the euro scene with a weekend project car and have the subie as a daily. There are actually quite a few audi's rolling around town it just seems like no one is showing up to the meets anymore or they arent on this site. for example, those three b5 s4's in santa fe are all modded, no stage 3 setups but all have stage 2, wheels etc. Also big billy's b5 s4 is one of the nicest s4's i have ever seen or been in and hes in abq but doesnt get on here at all. I think he is runing a similar set up to yours with a 3'' vast exhaust. also has real bbs lm's and stoptech's. Are you on the facebook page? Most of the guys seem to be using that nowdays rather then on here...

Yeah... A newer car is going to be more reliable for sure, especially if they are not moddified! ;) I know the feeling though... before I used to think WTF happened now???!!! lol... But it's been a little while since Ive had to fix something ont the car so Im happy with it... well, now I have to replace my clutch, my RS4 kit already shit the bed. Hell yeah, I never knew there were quite a few S4s around that area... Perhaps later on we can all meet, that would be cool... Yeah, Im on facebook although I don't really use it much but my name is Jean Garbay (from Ruidoso, NM), add me if you get a chance, I have more pics of my S4 there... Later man.

I'm actually going to school in South Dakota at the moment. The car is running great, better than great really seeing as I can't for the life of me get these K03's to pop. lol. 21psi all day and they're still quiet as ever. Hopefully this summer I'll be forced to pull the motor out and throw in some tials . Other than that it's been great for how many miles I put on it, it sees the highway a lot lately and is enjoying the snowy north

Lol... so you are not in ABQ anymore?? Damn... One S4 less in NM... 21psi on K03s??? Damn!! Seems too high. Does it holds 21psi though? How many miles do you have on you car?? I already have 130k miles on mine!! Other than the clutch, my car has been running great as well, couldn't be happier with it, at least for now... ;) So you are going to put some Tials on it?? Nice!! Heard good things about those. Are you going to rebuild the engince though? A 100% stock engine won't last too long with 770s... or are you going with 605s? Still... Man, it would be sick to have a built engine S4 with 770s... One day for me... lol. I would need to save a lot of money!! Are you going back to ABQ, though?

Well, I bought the car with PJ K04s, Piggies and the RS4 clutch, it only had a REVO chip so the car was at like 310HP at the most, that was done at 90k miles, so from when I went Stage 3, at about 95k miles, it lasted me about 40k miles, it was tracked twice and I never launched it hard. Its a pretty good clutch but now that I have more HP, I need something that can hold more than 500HP/TQ... Im going with SBs STG 3 endurance and steel LWFW. At stage 2, it would last you a good time man!! I wouldn't worry if I was you..

Paint job? for my OEM rs4 front bumper? That is the only thing i have had to paint and i took it to a local guy in santa fe. The s4 avant i had was done in vinyl.

Yeah, I though I read somewhere that you painted your car or wanted to...? Not sure, anyway, I was just asking because Im looking for a good shop that can revive the paint on my car, all the shops here suck!! Something like sand it a tiny bit, put more clear coat, wax it... etc. The paint on your car looked pretty good!! Mine is pretty good as well, but I do have a few scratches (probably a couple from my exs!! They used to hate that I spent a lot of money on my car... lol) and a couple of rock chips. Do you know a good shop in ABQ or STA FE?

Any of you guys know??

I personally have my cars serviced at Cutting Edge automotive in Santa fe. They do great work at a great price and take really good care of their customers. I went through them for the paint for the bumper since they did all of the bodywork. They have a hookup with a really good painter in sf. he matched the colors perfectly. If you want i can try to get his number for you?

I would recommend Marks 1 collision they fixed my B6 after a wreck and did top notch work. They matched the paint perfectly and all there paint and body work has a lifetime warrantee

i guess not. besides i just got a 88 4runner i think i like it more than my s4 haha. its more fun and i can get it dirty. my s4 has been in my garage for a little ive deiced to hold off on it and save money. well see how it goes....

Lol... an '88 4Runner?? So are you guys going to the meets? I heard that on FB... BTW, anybody knows more about the '05/'06 VW Touareg V8?? I read that the '04 had a few problems here and there... Maybe the '05 one too, I don't know... Im planning to buy one in a month or so and I need more info about those nice SUVs... It def. has to be a V8 though, Im going to be towing my S4 a couple of times a year with it ;)
