B7 A4 - best way to get MP3 Player hook up

I would really like to be able to listen to my MP3 player in the car, wondering what the best way to accomplish this would be. I have the Bose system in a 2005.5 A4 and I don't really want a whole custom stereo, I'd like to keep the stock look if possible.

Many ipod adapters are acutally pretty simple to install, just slide the radio out and plug it in.
