It's the stock multi-function steering wheel. An option, believe it or not.

Well...since you asked, I will indulge you.

I had been looking very seriously for a 6 speed B6 avant multiple times per day on every craigslist city, ebay, cars.com, and autotrader. There were usually between 5-10 on sale at a time and at least half were automatics.

Friday morning a listing went up on Autotrader in Sewickley, PA for a 2004 Arctic White Avant. That's all it said. No tranny listing, no price, no interior details, no pictures, no options listing - that's it.

I called and left a message Friday, the salesman called me back Saturday, and on Monday after he sent me some pics and I talked to the service advisor who knew the car VERY well, it was mine He said the autotrader guy comes in on Tuesday, so I made sure to buy it before all the details and pics went up for all to see.

I can't believe it. It finally arrived Sunday (I bought it the week of Xmas). This thing is brand flippin' new. I can barely find ANY flaws!

Just a modest tint, but other than that, none for now. I want to drive it a fair amount before I start changing things out, just so I am completely comfortable with the car and its condition.

But eventually I'd like to do headers, DPs, catback, intake spacers, RS4 clutch, 19s, coilovers, sways, BBK, RNS-E, TTS or RS4 steering wheel...

...just to name a few.

Blacked out the roof on sat...put the 2.25" NON-res X-pipe to 14981 magnaflows on Sun...then took a 3hr drive and enjoyed every sec of that fine tuned sound.

Thanks Danny...yeah I just got the car a few months ago with the car completely stock so pretty pumped to be apart of this obsession! I'll post a few more after I clean it
as I am rollin dirty right now after getting back from the mountains. This car is a 2005 B6 6spd MT with white alcantra seats. An option that I think makes the car a little unique is that the sunroof was deleted by the first owner - I like your car too! Next mod will be 19"s

they are A5 look headlights for the A4 B6 you dont have to change nothing they plug and play, i changed the hood but only because i like it more like that.

sorry for all the q's but would they plug n play in a B6 s4 avant? i assume the a4 and s4 have the same headlight setup

what year A5 are those lights? Last q, our cars have the dynamic headlights - does this still work and have you gotten any error codes in your menu display

They are 19s. I don't know if this picture explains the location better. It's where E Wacker dead ends and kind of loops around past the ramp the takes you down to Lake Shore.
