Heres my mods Apr v5 93 file, test pipes, darintake mod, awe twin1 catback, ebay fmic, bailey dv's. I've searched this question and haven't really found a positive answer. Im due for new spark plugs and Im not sure if I should go with the NGK BKR6E or the NGK BKR7E 's. I've found split results, some say stock some say go with the colder plug. Can anyone tell me whats the better plug to run on a stage 2+ ? TIA

Stock plugs are fine. You only need colder plugs once you go stage 3

I personally run the 7E's... but it's true, its not really needed.

There's no reason to have issues with NGK 7's (unless you have other problems with your ign system)... as they don't foul in our motors... which is the whole thing about going too cold... If you go 9's I could see an issue maybe

So yes, you can run a 7 in a stock 2.7t all day long and never have an issue.

I just got these BKR7Es and am stage 2+ also. Should I stay with the stock .28" gap? or go with a different gap with these plugs?
