    I was looking at this same sub. Did you run it off the stock amp? If so, how does it sound?

    Reviving this thread. I thought my subwoofer was blown, but I don't think it is after reading this thread about 3 times. I tried the rags under the rear deck. I think there is an improvement. I will continue to monitor it and see. May have to look at a subwoofer upgrade. I hear more base out of my front door speakers than the subwoofer. It is weak for sure except when it is rattling...haha!!! Thanks.

    Bringing this back. For those that had done this, is there room to just make a template out of MDF and use that for the sub mounting? I saw a similar build out with a Elemental Designs sub but wasn't sure if it would be possible to use MDF and still get it under the deck with removing all the trim.
