well I am running into problems trying to wire up a new head unit.

I cannot get sound which leads me to believe there is a problem with the connects2 harness.

Does anyone know if another adaptor is needed for bose systems. Or how to bloody wire this up for bose.

    UGH UGH UGH

Re: new headunit with connects and bose issues

Did your car have nav ? Are you using the stock bose amp ? If so, you need to ensure that the RCA cables from the white 32 pin connector in the quadlock are hooked up to your preamp outputs. The 5 pins are FL, FR, RR, RL and a common ground. This is the part of the quadlock I'm talking about.

What this should do is allow your preamp (not speaker !!!) outputs from your new HU to drive the Bose amp and your stock speakers using the stock wiring. Should be very straightforward.
