Still running my winter setup but there is going to be another coil over option for the B8 Allroad/avant platform. I’m testing the coil overs now and they have been great so far. The last pictures with the car slammed is the max low setting, the ride height I’m at now is max high.

Oh hey, same car! I'm definitely leaning towards H&R OE Sports (likely with some bilstein shocks) when I get around to upgrading the suspension. Also, I've got the rs style grille in storage too, waiting for some free time. I'm currently on the factory s-line springs and shocks so it's a great direct comparison on how much these springs should drop the car. How much stiffer are they compared to stock?

Great set up. I just ordered control arms, H&R super sports, and front and rear sway bars. I’ve got a ‘13 A4 B8.5 allroad. I hope it turns out half as nice as yours.

This is a sick setup. I just ordered H&R super sports to get it down. Those wheels and tires are killer.

ECS coilovers, 19x9.5 +38 BBS LM-R wheels, everything else stock. I'm quite happy with them considering the price. Definitely better ride quality than the 100k+ stock suspension and reasonably stiffer. I think the stock suspension is over-damped and under-sprung.

Apologies if someone has already asked, but didn't notice this question yet...
Did you need to roll your fenders? If so, by how much? I am running ST-XA coilovers on a 2010 Avant, and have already bought the same size tires and rims – it will be a close call on the need to roll. Thx!

How do this bag/struts ride? I had raceland coilovers on a Jetta years ago and they were complete garbage. The price point of those bags and warranty had me looking their way again if I decide to get away from coils in the future.

Honestly, they are good for the price. I have everything bottomed out for max air out as well.

I found a used set for $340 shipped (crazy eBay deal), that were in great shape all around. But given the lifetime warranty, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy new.

The front, no issues with. The back is a bit bouncy on fast hard bumps. I think better shocks might help back there.

But full disclosure, I also bought that Avant for 4k and it needs some suspension work. Bushings are not completely worn all around. But a refresh sure wouldn’t hurt and is on the list.

Then of course.. car is slammed. Running 70 PSI in front and 55 PSI rear. Which gives about 23.5” FTG. Then air up to 110 for bumps. Still messing around, but so far it’s a solid “ride height”.

Sorry to bring this old post up. After few years, how is the ECS coilover holding up? Currently I have PSS10 on my 11 Avant but it start squeaking loud when passengers on the back seat so very likely the shocks is reaching the end of its age. So looking to get some replacement and seeing ECS has this Avant specific coilover which I am considered now
