Best Audi Service in Portland?

just moved to the area. i'm in NW portland and wanted to know the best stealership to go for warranty service.

let me put it to you this way, FUCK sunset. i have not talked to a single person associated with audi in any way that likes sunset. they take full advantage of the monopoly they have on oregon audi. use them for your warranty, but if they try to hold you hostage get the F out of there quick, they will want to bend you over for sure.

yikes! that's good to know. i just need some warranty work which is pretty routine. i'll have to suck it up and try them out. too bad there are so few choices in PDX.

I guess to each their own, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with Sunset. Whether it be their service department, parts or sales, I have always been very happy with the work performed and customer service provided. I don't take my car there anymore, but that's only because I'm out of warranty, not because they left a bad impression.

I have had good experience with the east side shop, they get a little backed up sometimes and take longer than I would hope but thats dealership service departments. Tonkin has a audi under construction in willsonville so there will finally be some choice if you want OEM. Futrell in beaverton is great specially if your looking for maint/repairs and a few friends have had good experences with Matrix.

Matrix is definitely the dealer alternative. they have done numerous warranty items on my 2002 Audi S4, 2004 R32, and my new-er 2001 Audi S4 avant. they'll take good care of you. if you must go to a dealership I'd recommend Wilsonville Audi, they are super price competitive and want to take business away from Sunset. I got a water pump and timing belt service done there a couple years back for $780.... including labor. The only reason I ever went back to sunset is Corey. He used to work at Matrix and is awesome, but he is a service consultant and can't help the douche-baggary that is the Sunset Audi Culture..... btw Martix is doing my second stage 3 upgrade on a former platinum warranty S4......

Lame.. I had a few warranty items fixed with minimal mods last year, but I haven't been back since I did my bbk/wheels/suspension.. This sucks, for a dealer I actually liked Wilsonville Audi. What happened if you don't mind me asking?
