    New source for radio codes?

So I finally picked up a new radio for my car (symphony 2+) from the salvage yard and of course the code written on the radio doesn't work and Audi apparently doesn't give out codes anymore.

Thoughts before I chuck the radio ($50) in the trash? Pretty irritated considering how many people have been so successful with these codes in the past.

I had the same issue recently. Use this guy:
    https://www.ebay.com/itm/AUDI-RADIO-...oAAOSwTeRebRkz
Once you buy it. Send him a message of the auz serial number on your radio. He got back to me about a day later. Code works and it’s great to have a digital copy of the code saved if something ever happens or you decide to sell it. Good luck

You need to speak with someone at audi customer service as long as you have your vin or the vin the radio came from they can provide you with a code within 24hours. Free of charge. Dealers want money as they have to pay the tech to login and make a online connection to the server in germany. Much similar to coding a module on newer cars it takes 15-20 mins sometimes more.

I called the customer service prior to my chat session and the rep said since they've been working from home they don't have a way to look them up.

AoA no longer gives radio codes. I tried calling them maybe last week, and they told me the same thing stated above. Policies changed, and the only way now to obtain it is through a dealership and it comes with a fee. Luckily, made a thread asking the same thing and an Audizine member came to the rescue. Send him a PM. His user name is quattro16.
I hate it when my car acts like a little bitch, treating me like a bitch
