wow! can't believe i've missed these vids til now. i heard of them, but never saw them posted.

very cool though! makes the average wrench tuner think he can build a motor. which can be a bad thing IMO. this is not a task to take lightly. it's pretty strait forward but you must be meticulous in EVERYTHING you do.

he didn't go into rod and piston balancing though. which would have been nice. especially after seeing some weight specs on stock pistons.

hey Jim, question since you built your motor, how do you like the vids? did you do anything different or would you add anything?

I agree. Esp when building a motor like these the end user is really looking to make some serious power and beat the snot out of the vehicle. The littlest slip in tolerances can destroy everything.
