One other thought with this new information-

There seem to be two offsets (really shallow- B6 S4, or really deep- C32 AMG)

Perhaps either would work, depending upon which side of the mounts the caliper is mounted to. Just don't know whether the rotor would hit something on the knuckle with the deeper offset.

An aside, the deeper offset would allow a much wider wheel choice. I'd bet I could run my 19x8.5 ET45LM reps with no spacers and a 245/35 tire...hmmmm

He doesn't mention "flipping" the caliper as far as I could see. I still think that's really important.
