Thanks! I can't make up my mind on the tails just yet. I had a stocks on the car, but one was cracked when I got it. So instead of going stock again I'm trying some thing out now. I kinda like the LED tails, but I would have to give them to my painter to put some tinted clear over them cause I just like that tinted look better. I'm glad I reminded you about the site. Maybe you can meet up with us all sometime once the weather gets nice for a while.

got my Southbend stage 5 clutch today. It's a little overkill but I got it for cheaper than the recommended stage 4.

I'd love to install it myself. If I had the tools I would love to save the $600 in installation fees. If you know anybody who would do it for next to nothing while letting me help out, let me know. If not I'm just going to go to Jon in Marysville.

I need to do that too, and then I can also find out what brand it is. Do you have the grease that goes in it. I've not taking mine apart before.

It's really easy to do. I had mobile 1 grease but I left it home. I just bought generic grease from walmart, it's nearly the same stuff and it was only $3 instead of $7 for the mobile 1.

    Name is Mike, lol

I paid $575 to get mine put in. Click Auto, in New Albany, is who did it. I stand behind his work!! Smart guy, but you will have to call ahead to set up a day where he can have the car. Make sure you have all the hardware you need, which I'm sure you have everything necessary that comes with the kit. I bought the extra bolts and everything just in case. Big difference from a stock to this stage 3 SB. Sucker just grabs, I've even stalled it out a few times since I've had it installed.

Well I already have a SB stage 2 which has held perfectly for the past 2 years, I just know it won't be able to hold the torque from GTRS and 6k rpm drops I plan on doing at every stop light. jk lol

SilverBullets - Do you have yellow fogs. Is your car missing the rings in the front? I think I may have seen your car up at MAG last week.

Why do you prefer Byers? I drove all the way out to MAG to get it looked over even though Byers is 15 minutes closer.

I didn't like the service at Byers Mazda and still have a bad taste in my mouth.

Anyone ever take their car to Evan's Automotive for service. A friend of mine said Byers quoted him $5000 for some serious engine work repair work and Evan's was in the $2500 range!

My brother also has a guy from Poland on the west side that he recommends. Anyone know who I'm talking about. I guess he's built a couple really fast autocross cars that have been putting up big numbers(STIs). Really knows his way around German cars.

I'm off for a wedding this Saturday, but that doesn't mean I have to go to a damm work meetting at 8 on my day off. :( After that I might be able to run you out there, but if the weather is nice we are trying to take our engagement pics on the same day along with the wedding. I will call you if it looks like I will be able to help. Also I would like to know if I can get that hook up on that vag com programe like you have. Just PM me with details on how to do it.

I like Byer's also over dumb ass MAG too. Plus if you need any parts you can get a great discount on them signing up at VWVortex. Normally close if not better then ECS tunning local not that they aren't but 2 hours away. When I worked at dealers they would try to charge people money for warty work that they shouldn't be doing. The owner is a gay little prick to if he still ownes it. Byer's Audi seems to be more fair to me and the people are great to me. I never would go there for major repair cause all dealers hr rates are higher then normal shops.

No sir was not me... I do live in Dublin though and am always driving around Tuttle, Bethel, 33, 161 and throughout UA.... I have '4 RNGS' on my plates now

I dislike MAG because I think the Audi portion is mismanaged. After I bought my car, from MAG, I waited for 4 hours on the day I was supposed to pick the car up (they forgot to prep it and kept telling me "oh hold on it will be right out")... also, since they were rushed, they did the shityst prep job on a car I hav ever seen. For what took them 4 hours, I could have Wax and detailed the interior in 2 hours...

Then I brought my car there after I had it for a month because someone sat on the hood while I was still at OU ... The idiots at MAG were able to get the dent out, but they managed to scratch the car and take off the clear coat... they then claimed that it was like that from the person who sat on the car, even though I thoroughly examined it... The clear coat still looks like shit... Then I called in and asked them how much it would cost to install the JHM Short Shifter... they guy, while on the phone, looked up the website and instructions and told me "Oh this will take no more than 2-3 hours and will cost $150 to $200"... So I decided to do it... I went in and they then quoted me $400-$500 and a full days work... HAHA I installed it myself in 2 hours and I didn't have all the right tools

I haven't dealt with Byers Audi but have spent time with the Porsche department. They are great. Nice people, seem to be mod friendly also. I will only go to MAG until my service plan runs out and then its to Byer's.

Rajan - Im pretty sure I saw you pulling into an apartment complex on Bethel today... It was a Blue B5 S4 (I've seen yours I thought was the same)... if it was you, you popped it and damn that thing can move (and blows out a shit load of black smoke)

    Shortly after seeing you
