I was just on the phone with Trey.

You plan on going EPL stage II correct? Buy the stage 2 tune, and the pully/belt. I can loan my cable and pully removal tool. The pully's are on back order I think still, is why I said 2 get that ordered.

But I'm an idiot and forgot that Travis already did his pully...it's my bad. I don't have time until a few weeks from now 2 assist. I'll ask Travis if he might be able to help you. I hear u pay it forward with some good Irish wiskey

Haha thanks Travis it might be a few weeks before I get the pully anyway. Not sure about the race but I tend to take on the BMWs and just wave at the fellow audis lol

Haha. Haven’t pulled the trigger yet on the time, trying to figure out if I need a cable or could borrow so wanted to put a feeler out here. My thoughts are to get the cable and tablet so when updates are done it’s easy to do myself vs having to find someone. Thoughts?

Picked up a a '13 S4 a few weekends ago. Red on magma, 19" peelers, sports diff, B&O, navi, RS grill, 28k miles, DSG.
I don't have many pics of it yet but here's a quick snap at the dealer.




Previous daily B6 A4 3.0. Now I have to sell :(

Haven't had to use MAG for anything yet, but i have the 35k transmission flush coming up. Starting to research if I can do it myself or not.

Once spring comes around I'll be looking to lower it, CF front lip and some summer wheels/tires.

^^^ this. Ken is a great guy and recently replaced one of the supercharger heat exchanger units on mine. Hindsight, I should have had him do both as it's likely a matter of when my driver side unit will fail.

From pictures I think they are about 1/4 higher than what I'm looking to get, but I'd like to see in person if possible.

Hello,I'm new to euro turbo car's but I have a master ase cert.I have a A4 B6 I built the engine on but am having gofer I mean brother do everything else which he can but he's scared to remove the cat to install the test pipe.Has anyone actually done it before on a 1.8 Quattro?I just need to know if there's any tricks other than a torch to heat the bolts or anything to watch out for.his worst fear is my exhaust ends with the turbo.pls help me out a bit cause I'm stuck till it's sorted out.

Sorry for the change of topic.this is my first 20minutes on the first forum I have been on so please forgive or disregard anything not done exactly right atleast till I spend a hr or 2.i can also be of help to anything involving mechanical engineering on a vehicle just not great at electronic remapping/flashing.I hope to use your experience with Audi because it's by far the best teacher and also hope to be of some help eventually I admit I've only built chevys and Fords for racing other than my 206hp blackbird but have diagnosed and repaired/replaced anything on a vehicle because they cost so much I've done 20k worth of work on a CTS-V.Just ask if you think I'm fos I can elaborate on anything said or my A4 build.really hope someone else has removed a cat . so I can learn what to do/don't expect.Just wanted to introduce myself.

test pipe is easy unless studs and nuts are rusted. worst case cut them off and replace studs, i think you can buy them anywhere same with nuts

Tim, what made you sell your S4?

Several things but a leading one was some creature comforts and safety features that it lacked vs other newer cars, even basic ones like the Accord have. So far zero regrets. I was a little concerned on the power front but I've now had a chance to push The Infiniti on the highway and it brings smiles like the Audi did. Not as fast as mine was but it's stock. My two favorite features are the Sound System, the Autonomous Cruise and Lane Keeping and if I had to give a third it would be the handling and suspension. Handles amazingly well and seems more refined overall. I traded some power for a bit more refinement a lot more technology that is noticeable when driving and overall a more feature rich vehicle.

sounds good, glad i have most of these features on mine. got dual-pulley and tune but not installed yet. Glad you like Q50S, i've been looking at them since day one, especially with "new" engine
