to do a quick test, i use wd 40 variant in a manual spray bottle. spray in port. look to see if it leaks. if it comes out quick, it'll be bent or the valve seat needs to be reground. on suspected valves, i'll pull the valve stem in a drill and spin it to see if it's obviously bent. hope this helps.
