People keep saying look here for info, but I read this whole damn thing and found no useful info on dual parallel in tank pumps, staged electronic control of multi fuel systems, or sequential boosting for the B7 platform. Geeze! No wonder the new guys are confused. This thing needs updating.

This is my first posting as a noob on this site so be gentle.

I recently purchased my first Audi. It's a 2006 A4 Cabriolet. So far I'm in love with it I went from a 1989 Ford Country Squire wagon to the A4 so it was a big change. I'm still getting used to controls, handling, speed and the Bose sound system. I've had a couple of VWs but this is my first Audi.

So I have two questions and hopefully I won't sound like an idiot and ya'll not make fun of me. First the rear window is separating from the top I've noticed two other Cabrios, one the same year as mine and one newer, that are doing the same thing. Is this common and how do I fix it?

The second question is, what is the connection in the center console for? I have a picture but I'm not sure how to post it. I'll search for the FAQ and try to post it later.

I'm driving an Audi A4 B7 avant 1.9TDI. 115hp but remapped to 150hp, bagged by Airlift and Rotiform IND fitted.

Wow, this REALLY needs updated, the first engine section hasn't been updated since 2009 and almost all the links are dead and missing so much now that it's honestly not even worth being a sticky. :(

This is why there should be a wiki section where select users can update the site with information - I have no idea why it has been down/non-functional. Granted the mods and owners of the site are probably busy with their own issues....audizine is in desperate need of an update.

Decided to go with a 2008 A4 Avant 6speed w/ 137k miles and am picking it up tomorrow! Cant wait to be back in a Audi! Decided this over an Allroad with 86k but had some body issues and bondo was falling off.
