System too lean AND too rich?

Hey all, just posted this over at AW as well.

I've had the S for about three or so years - it has had persistent multiple misfires since the AWE RSK04 kit was installed, and from what I understand I can attribute the misfire to the Bosch injectors, but I never fully took the time to resolve it. I am only bringing this up because it may be relevant to another problem that has recently come up:

17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
    P1136 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17546 - Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add): System too Lean
    P1138 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16514 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B1 S1: Malfunction in Circuit
    P0130 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16534 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor B2 S1: Malfunction in Circuit
    P0150 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17537 - Fuel Trim; Bank 2 (Mult): System too Rich
    P1129 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

I guess i'll be needing to check out my o2 sensors first off, but has anybody else encountered their car running too lean and too rich?

On another note, I have been missing about a constant ~4 psi under WOT...no boost leaks. I understand this could be a numerous amount of things, but maybe the above codes can give somebody an insight as to what it may be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Here she is by the way

I have the same problem, most likely a bad 02 sensor.
