    Black B6 with blackout grilles

I need to see pictures of a black B6 with blackout grilles to make up my mind if I want to paint mine. So any pics would be great.

Also, should I paint them flat black, or gloss to match the car?

Delivered. Painted with plastidip, surviving the New England winter flawlessly.

Thought I'd like it...but end up buying new grilles. IMO it was too much "blacked out" for my tastes.

You probably could've just traded with another AZer who wanted blacked out grilles but didn't want to paint theirs. I'm sure they probably would have even payed the ~$13 shipping cost too haha.

use plastidip or you are going to be painting them every couple of weeks..i used plastidip on the shifter surround and i keep my knife and countless other things on there sometimes and sliding back and forth it has never scratched

Looks like he put mesh over the stock grills. He also hasn't been on since 2012 so don't expect a response from him any time soon.

haha sorry didn't notice still kind of new to the "zine" I notice the mesh part but what I don't get is that if you look closely it almost seems as if the mesh is recessed in compared to the outer edge wear as on my stock grill the blades are even with the outer edge ?
