email the guy and let him know. Hopefully he will realize his mistake and refund you your money. If not, give him bad feedback and alert ebay.

If the seller doesnt reply then just file a paypal case. You and the seller will come to an agreement and if not file a paypal claim to get your money back.

paypal is always on the buyer's side when it comes to ebay purchases, if you're truly unhappy, why keep them? you'll have to send them back, provide signature tracking that you did, and paypal will promptly refund your money, every penny

We bought Huffs for my moms GLI off ebay. Pics looked great. discription stated slight curbage. Got them, and the wheel had been hit in an accident. Gouges all over the face, and on the inside too. She got $200 off after hours of complaining over the phone...

If the user has removed the money from their account, paypal will still pay the customer what they are owed, and give the seller a negative balance. Then, the seller will most likely have their account suspended for owing paypal money.

    Re: f**kin ebay

I bought some wheels a few years ago for a Chevy Tahoe we had. They were advertised as great condition. When they arrived they had corrosion under the chrome and it was bubbling up on two wheels. He argued that they were fine and that they were damaged in shipping. Yea right. I went through ebay's dispute resolving system but because the seller didn't want to participate in the dispute system they just dropped it. The only thing I was able to do was give him negative feedback. Then he turned around and gave me negative feedback. Can't say I was happy about it.

    Good luck.

Which is why you ALWAYS use your VISA / Mastercard. I just went through this personally.

Filed claim, he had no $$, showed the VISA co ( not a debit card now ) that I had filed a claim, and they refunded me my $$ and they went after him.

Advice to live by - do not use $$ pulled from your accounts, change it to use your CC and collect free insurance and airline miles.

Sorry to hear about it bud, it does suck.

That must be a new system. I did two disputes, same results. This was at least 5 years ago.
