I bought a set of 19x8.5F and 9.5R et+38 5Zigen Gravis 1 wheels.Got hubcentic rings had 2 balances. The 2nd w a Hunter Roadforce.Still shaking my car.I called 5Zigen and the guy said not to use our factory Ball seated bolts. But to use Cone bolts. Will that work?Has anyone done it? Is that the answer to my 6 month headache?Where to find them?

Also its not a control arm bc i have since gone back to stock wheels for the winter and she floats at a 100

Using different ball seat types could be it... Have you checked if the wheel is out of round on the Hunter machine?

I didnt ask the tech at the shop with the Hunter. If it was out of round i would at least hope he would have told me.He did say that one of the wheels had the wrong weight.I still wont be able to find out for sure until the snow clears, but even my vdub buddy said he couldnt believe the wheels didnt come with new bolts.Where should I look for conical seated bolts with a lock so nobody feels frogy and puts my ride on cinder blocks

Tirerack.com offers them. You might have to give them a call.

    Re: Does this make sence?

We just need to know the total length of the bolt needed and the "useable" length (from the base of the seat to the end of the bolt).

    Re: Does this make sence?

The guy i talked to at 5Zigen said i could use the same length and diameter as stock. So i believe stock 14x1.5x27mm right? But im not familiar with bolt sizes and info would that work, just get a conical 14x1.5x27mm?
