    Re: limp mode

It could be the N75 from ecs, I have seen it to throw codes on B6 before, try a stock N75 (that you know is working), this may be the issue, and of course verify for vac leaks etc.

    Re: limp mode

    got Vag?

my car takes about 30 miles to get used to any intake/boost related modification... When I replaced my N75 (faulty) to a J valve, my car was only boosting 4psi for the first week, then it went back to 8. After my FMIC install... same deal. give it a day, or try removing the battery (make sure you know your radio code)

    Re: limp mode

some radios do it, some don't. but if you want to chance it go ahead. My radio has never asked me for the code even after being unplugged for a couple weeks.

my only other real suggestion is to check for leaks and find a Vag com user in your area... or you can get an ebay one which is good for reading/clearing codes
