Does anyone know of any parts stores online where I can buy some OEM brakes and rotors.

Now, I am wodering if I should buy new rotors when I replace the pads or just have the rotors turned/resurfaced?

You could resurface, as long as they are not turned below the minimum spec (it is in the Bentley manual but I forget what it is). A new OEM rotor will cost $75 or so, you should factor in the cost of resurfacing in making your decision.

I dunno about ECS. Been wanting to give them ANOTHER try since I do need to order some new things they have but I dealt with nothing but headaches with a few orders when I had my mk3 golf few years back.
