so here's the deal my car (2005.5) starts to jerk when i accelerate. It starts at a little higher then the 2000 rpm range and mostly when i"m going up a hill, it"s like a studder feeling. So today i take it to the dealer and they inspect it and little do you know they find basically nothing wrong with it but the engine sounds louder then usual. i test drove it with the technician and it doesnt do it. so they clean my throttle body and add fluid to my trans. 200 dollars out of my pocket later and they still didnt fix the problem. There has been no check engine light. Has anybody had this same problem this is really frustrating to the point where i have no idea what to do especially as soon as i get home it starts up again

Sorry I thought you were awd and manual. Driving one for the first time seems to fit the description you put forth. Sorry I can't help you on this one.

i havent heard of this, maybe its your MAF or something...coil packs? running in limp mode? but if you took it to the dealer, they would have checked that...

try to run vag regardless, sometimes codes are stored or ready to come on.

I'm new and don't know these cars well yet, so forgive my ideas if they are way off....is there a chance you got some cheap gas? I don't know where the tank pickup tube is located in our cars but if it were to the rear I could suspect possible water contamination. This could show up driving up hill...
How about tank pump pressure? Weak?
Sorry, kinda thinking out loud on that uphill symptom.

your incredibly poor grammar in the thread subject that grates my soul notwithstanding, my car does something that could be described that way when it's really cold. see http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=251552

Re: az i need your! help issue with my car

It's not wheel spin because it"s not like i'm speeding up the hill. I know this is not normal because my car just recently started doing this. And as for fuel i always use 91. Today while driving it wasn't as bad but as i would go up hill or a little incline it still jerked a little bit. I'm thinking that it may be the transfluid because when they checked it out yesterday they said it only had two quarts and they filled it up to five (the level where it"s suppose to be at).
But if the trans. fluid was the case wouldn't the problem be fixed as soon as the dealer added more fliud and drove it, or does it take a while of running the car before the fluid cycles the transmission.
