    Hey Guys,
My 1.8t needs a fresh timing belt. I know the audi community is the NW is the shit, so i thought i'd check to see if anyone out there could help me out. I'll provide all the beer and pizza you can take down, I know your time is worth more than that, but unfortunately i'm sort of broke.

If anyone outthere can help me out with it, i would really appreciate it.

    Cheers,
    Jon

    Hey,

My friend and i did my timing belt on my B5 1.8t with the water pump + tstat + coolant flush in 3.5-4 hours. I know we can bust it out again.

I can be reached at 425-761-4824. Best time would be Sunday for us most likely. Just let me know.

yeah i'm planning on changing the TB and the upgraded water pump.
I'm a decent wrench, but this is unfamilar territory, and i want to get it right, the first time.

Some guy in the B6 forum paid $2700 for his TB to get changed... also came with a tube of a-nal lube... you're getting a good deal, just pizza and beer

I just did my first timing belt on an audi and i swear the hardest part was getting the front bumper off. After that its pretty much a cake walk. Just read the write ups over on Audiworld.
