tip-tronic not working right

well i started driving last night and the car was in tip but as soon as i shifted into 5th it down shifts to 4th then jumps back up to 5th and then down to 4th and it just kept doing that until i put it into D so i thinking it is just the cold and the car not having time to warm up, anyone else had this happen to them?

even though i have a diff car ive been having the same problem. Although mine happens when im WOT at around the top of 4th gear like about 140mph it starts doing that and its annoying.

actually it does that whenever im pushing the throttle down pretty far and try to upshift to 5th...
