    Looking for muffler shop in sac!

    Hey guys im looking for a cheap muffler shop to put on some magnaflows in sac. I know a few of you have had success, (downhill racer) who do you guys like?
    2005 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro 6spd
    Stassis Suspension, H&R Sway Bars, Revo 1, Upgraded Front Brakes, s/s brake lines. More to come!
    1999 Silverado TD (597 lb TQ @ 32lb boost), Upgraded Turbo, Mechanical Waste Gate, Heath chip, front mount inter cooler, cold air snorkel, 4" straight pipe exhaust, 3.5" down pipe, upgraded injectors, pump, and lift pump, PMD Isolator, twin thermostat cooling system, 130 GPM water pump, Pillar Gauges, 3" body lift 35" tires.

    Hey bud, call Muffler Tech. They have a location on Madison, and one on Florin Road. I'm sure "mufflerman" will chime in. His name is Colby, and he is the owner of both. There was a thread on here somewhere regarding muffler shops in Sac.

    A little background, I have taken about 10 cars to him in the last 10 years. Never been disappointed, top quality work and customer service!

    Which mufflers did you get? Are you changing up the stock piping/resonator?

    Yeap its all changed.

    flex pipe back all 2.5" and polished, no resonators, sounds great!!!!

    That's the same setup I want, did you go with the 14851's? Are you going with a test pipe, or keeping it CA legal?

    Post up some pics / soundclips when it's all said and done so I know what I have to look forward to.

    Yeah it was mine, great service!! Great install!

    Its a little quite actually at idle and low rpm, under load or enthusiastic throttle it wakes up and gets loud. Exactly what I wanted.

    Colby.....the exhaust will "open" up more in the next week or so....right???

    Thats right, as the mufflers break in they will get a bit louder, nothing extreme, like 5-10% louder.
