B6s4 brakes on a B5?? Anyone

So much better then the B5's. Go baller status and get 2 piece rotors from ECS

^^^ 321 stock vs. 345mm for B6 S4 rotors, so about an inch difference. The calipers are big (maybe stick out farther than HP2's) so may complicate wheel selection. Dished wheels are pretty much out.

Pics, specifics? (wheels offsets, etc?) How low, fenders rolled or pulled? ANY rubbing? So many people post up saying something works perfectly (except when they have people in the back seat or turn the wheels on bumpy roads, etc...lol!) I'm interested in better than oem function, no compromises...

I just backed out of a deal for these brakes because they were most likely not going to work with my 19" LM reps...

b7 and b6 s4s only differ a little in the caliper. i believe the b7 calipers are a couple MM wider. but they use the same rotors. 345mmx30mm.

2 piece from ecs is $666
id rather invest that kind of money into a stop tech setup. i dont get ecs sometimes.

Aah crap, i thought they were the same. So thats a no for b7 direct bolt up for b5's?

they will both bolt up. only problem will be the clearance of your wheels, depending on what wheels you have, you may require spacers to clear the brakes.

I don't think those are the same as regular BBS Motorsports wheels. I'm pretty sure everything about them dimension wise is different.

Here are the wheels I have had on my car with these brakes and no spacers:

B6 S4 Avus 18X8 42
B7 S4 BBS CH 18X8 42
B7 A4 Titanium Pckg 18X8 42
Sportec Mono 19X8 36

DVS27T has Volk LE's 18X8 with no issues. Not sure of his offset.

The calipers are a bit more narrow then HP2 and a bit longer.

Let me clear this up.. CH's and the audi champion bbs's are not at all the same.. First of all they are Co's and not ch's.. Big difference..

the offset is different and so is the width.. The weight is also heavier then ch's. The ch's have a better off set and will clear the b6 caliper.

So please folks.. Stop calling the "ch's that came on the Audi"
