New S8 20" Wheels on an A5/S5!!!

I am going to do my good deed for the day and tell you guys about a sick deal on some wheels that I came across this past weekend. I recently went by the University Park Audi Dealership in Dallas TX and noticed a set of new S8 20’s by the parts desk. I asked how much and they said $999 for the set! These are the awesome S8 wheels that are five star with a little flare at each end. If you go the S8 section on www.audiusa.com the S8 that pops up on that screen has the wheels that are for sale.

I really wanted to buy these for my B6 A4, but it would have been a little too much work. Someone buy these and post some pics of them on your lowered A5/S5.

You can get the wheels machined to fit, I've done it with RS6 wheels to go on my S5, no problem at all.

yu can place these wheels on an any AUDi A5 providing:

* center fo the wheel gets machined to 66.5mm (vs 57.1)
* spacers to move the wheel out as ET of the wheel is 45 adn you need to stick to OEM 20 on A5 ET29 while having some space left so you can go with 20mm spacers.

actually those are the first S8 wheels. they have 3 different sets to choose from but these were the main ones when the S8 first released.

they are a8 sport package wheels.i have an oem set for sale. these wheels did not come with my a8 i bought them new a 2 months ago. p zero neros have less than 1,000 miles on them, wheels are mint. if interested pm me. $2100

The A8 wheels wont fit on an A5/S5. The center bore is too small. You must get S5 wheels from Germany. Sorry!

Actually A4force, they wont fit, unless you machine them, which means they WONT fit. You could put 29's on it if you cut the fenders off!

I saw your car at some audi service center in Jersey i believe two months ago. Very very sick. It was the one on the service road or something like that, can't remember the name.

things have changed with time. you are not even obliges to machien the center any longer.

there exists now spacers of 15mm that will convert from 66.5mm center to 57.1mm at same time while puttign the resulting offset from 46 to 31....

as easy as that . OEM in 20 its 9X20 ET29. here it will resulkt in 9X20 ET31...

Could somebody please tell me what spacers are used and lowering to get this result ?, i have exact same car and wheels but without spacers and still on stock sline ride height.
I would like to have same result as this car cause its perfect !!!

Looks like H&R OE springs and maybe a 20mm spacer in the rear..I cant tell for the fronts since the wheel is turned. Maybe somebody else can. Just measure the gap between the side wall of your tire and the edge of your panel to obtain what you want.
