Merry Xmas to myself!

I know it's a little late, but just finally got a chance to take some pics with the car not completely dirty.

Picked up the car right after Xmas to replace my B6 Nogaro sedan tip - so happy I went back to stick. Still have a few more things in store for her but will start with the mods come summer time. All the electronics that are in the car now (pics below) were in my old car and I just had it transfered over. For the head unit I have the Pioneer Z2, power inverter installed on the passenger side kick panel for those long trips to charge stuff - or make mixed drinks with a blender , V1 hardwired with the display in the ashtray (wanted the stealth install rather than in the mirror), toggle switch next to the display is so I can have video in motion on the screen, Lidatek laser jammers in the front (works well - trust me), a little tint, had the wheels painted matte black (but still had them cleared twice so they're easy to clean), and topped off with the roof rack.

Planning on suspension, BBK, lighter summer wheels and exhaust/down pipes come summer time but for now she's sitting right for snowboarding.

For the most part I normally lurked on this forum and drooled over the Avants, but now finally have my first Avant and am onto my 6th Audi (2nd S4). Thanks for all the info and keep the shiny side up!

i like the placement of the valentine 1.

does that make it hard to pay attention to it while driving? or does it make noises to you know when a radar is around the corner?

You would be able to hear the audio warnings fine and it only takes a second to glance down to see where it is coming from. To me the most important thing is to hear the warning, also when I'm driving back up to upstate NY at night I don't like having more lights flashing in my eyes so IMO this is the best place for display.
