Anyone heard of Best N' Affordable Driving School, Inc.?

My younger brother is looking for a drivers training school, they charge only $295 for 6 hours while others charge $450. They are in SF. Does anyone possibly know if they are legit? Long shot...

unless he's a horrible driver and he really needs the lessons, who cares really right? all you need is that paper that they give you at the end and voila! a license!
