What can I do? In August I got a ticket 4 hours away from where I live, and it was a BS ticket so I called in and pleaded not guilty. Well they expect me to be in court next month, 4 hours form where I live, and I will also be missing school because of it. Is there anything I can do? What would you do in my position? Thanks

What do you mean I will get off? For what reason and how?
Do they ever offer a deal over the phone? I know sometimes when you show up to court instead of going in they offer you a non moving violation instead. Would they do that over the phone? Or will I have to drive all the way out there?

This is because when you appear to fight it the officer has to stand witness and if you file an extension he can't remember shit right?
