    were to buy trim!!

    i dont want to go to the stealership, but today wen re-installing the ecu it was a good -5 out and the trim that goes around the wipers that deflects the rain snappd off over by the drivers side..... i dont want the rain nor snow running down into the engine bay were can i find this trim, if it helps describe because i cant get pictures its the trim u remove first to get to the ecu.... around the wipers

    Sorry to burst your bubble but a lot of rain and snow get into the engine bay no matter what you do.

    and it's your wiper cowl... contact greg about a replacement, he usually gets good deals on factory parts (400HPA4)

    haha sorry i shld rephrase that i dont want the elements coming in direclty ontop of the ecu box...... greg do you have a website or is it a used piece?? they prlly want like 75 bucks for that stupid piece at the stealer

    I have a website, click the pic in the sig. This piece is not on the site, I just looked up the part number and price though.

    Retail at the dealer is about $43, this is for a new piece. After shipping you would probably be looking at $41

    If its the part that sits right under the windshield that has slits spaced out throughout it you can also go through genuineaudivwparts.com. Mine was cracked and I got mine from them. You can replace it yourself but it does take a little force. No disregard to greg just giving you options. Greg is the cheapest I think
