Just got the CEL the other day

Anyone have a vag-com that I can come over and scan in the san jose area

Everyone charging 50 to 100 bucks for a scan

Charging? Thats silly. I would say come over to my house and you can pull it for free, but I dont think my HEX+CAN interface would read your car.

If you are near a Kragen or Autozone, I'm pretty sure that they let you borrow a generic scanner for free. It will pull up your check engine light codes and allow you to reset it.

They dont do that anymore, I tried last year and some law went through so now they cant legally do that anymore, dont ask me why cuz i have no idea
