Tips for wheels on A4 B8

    Hello
Going to buy now rims for my B8 this summer. But I can't deside what to buy. Do anyone have any suggestions?

Have thought of Mrr Hr4 or something like that. But some deeper rims also might be good:

I also don't want rims that is like 1000$ for each if you understand.

Picture of HR4 and my car:

Going to be much lower than this.

How about 19x8.5 +35 VMR V710's in HS, GM, or MB?

They are very affordable at $999 a set.

Wheel/tire packages available as well! PM me for details.

I would strongly recommend the hr-4, i have the a8 with the 20x9 all around
and ive said it before i get tons of complements, you will not regret having those on plus is diffrent from any other wheel you can find.
Im happy with my set.check out their gallery www.mrrwheels.com
i dont have any vibration issues and they fit great

One more thing, stay away from the cheap fake chrome lip. It only looks good for about 2-3 months then it starts turning yellowish. Is only a piece of plastic molded on to the wheel and like always thats not covered by warranty.

How about some from the new line Xtreme Lip wheels from iForged? Beautiful wheels with amazing quality and they are designed to fit a huge lip!

I think with certain wheel styles, B8's can pull of 19's without a problem. V710's being one of them since its not a lipped wheel.

I am new to the car modification scene, but can anyone tell me what the benefits are to having high end wheels like HRE's? Are they super light? or just recognition/reputation?

They're usually lighter and stronger as they are made of Forged Alloy compared to cast or anything else. They also provide custom EVERYTHING from the color to the offset to anything. And with that comes the name of the brand such as HRE, DPE, Iforged, BBS, etc.

forge is good but way to expensive. you have to do your homework.
back then it was good to have a 3 piece do to the fact that you could purchase the parts if you curved it. but now you cant even do that.
i would suggest sticking with a single piece wheel

Euro1: The Vertini got Inox lip, and are not covered with this plastic. I know what you are saying, I have had some wheels with this molding, and that sucks.

: I don't get the iforged website working. What is the price for some 20inch wheels about?
