Where is the best place to get your Audi serviced in So Cal, is it Penske Audi?

I've been to Penske. They were fine - lots of calls giving me updates during the 2 days they had my car.

I've also been to Downtown Audi. Good service department, and convenient shuttle dropoff/pickup if you work within 5 miles.

Haven't heard great things about Santa Monica Audi.

Really? I have to take mine in for the 5k service and I bought my car from Santa Monica Audi...I was thinking about taking it there but I might have to reconsider now...

Maybe create a thread asking for more feedback. I've never been to SM so I can't say from personal experience. My buddy had an issue with his radio intermittently shutting off and they basically refused to address the issue and blamed it on random reasons. There was another thread a while back where someone said Penske wouldn't give them a loaner car for the 5k service. I bought my car used so I don't know how long the 5k service generally takes.

I've always taken my car Penske since they've opened. Been to Commonwealth, McKenna, Rusnak of which those 3 have all treated me horribly. -_-
