    Shop near Pasadena for maintenance

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Like the title says I'm looking for a shop near Pasadena to get some routine maintenance done; 85,000 mile service, new O2 sensors and new oil sensor (damn warning light).

Any advice is greatly appreciated whether it's a shop recommendation, or a shop that I should stay away from.

I agree with Mike on Steve's Independent. I've been to them for a few things.

A couple other guys on here - specifically Kirk, AudiA4Turbo22, has an uncle, I believe, that owns a shop further on down Walnut.

I use a shop in Monrovia for work on all my cars. Not Audi specific but good and honest people, plus they have loaner cars so you don't have to sit around in the shop all day waiting for your car to be done.

Talk to me at the next Pasadena meet if you're interested.

Channa, Steve's is good - they get busy though, so tell your friend to definitely try an appointment.

Also, Ray (Phatt Audi) went to another shop only a couple minutes away for his STaSIS install, and said they did a great job...some other guys have been there. I think it's Independent Audi and VW, and they are located at 1599 E Walnut. Phone is (626) 449-2834. Giovanni, who gets to the GTG's sometimes said to ask for Faris, but I don't know who Ray had work on his car.

Yup, Independent Audi is the choice for my A4. Fares is the owner. He did my exhaust install for a fair price, and even check my Engine light sometimes for free. Really nice guy and very good with his work. I absolutely recommend. Hey, Dan.. hv u gotten your STaSIS yet?

Not yet, unfortunately. It's going to be another week or two...here's hoping only a week! If I get it by this weekend, I'll make sure it's on by next Wednesday. If not - it'll be a couple more weeks before everyone gets to hear it.
