Ideal sport heights.....

What would be ideal sport height to run on adjustable(height only not dampening)coilovers for the B6S4?
Do they also have to settle into place after adjusting, thus making it necessary to slightly over-compensate when considering the height you choose?

The ideal sport's ride height, would have to be a Corner-Balanced Alignment.

I have it done on my S4 and it made quite a difference, especially with the aggressive alignment.
