    new bumper???

So last night on my way home from my late night job running sound (get off at 2am) I hit a Christmas tree that fell off a truck and was laying in the middle of the freeway! It was dark and raining and those trees are practically black, so I didn't see it until it actually made contact with my car. Went into my bumper stump-first and created a fat fist-sized hole all the way to the aluminum reinforcement bar. I talked to a few trusty Audi tuner guys/shops here in Norcal and they all said that any holes that are filled in on Audis usually end up looking like shit, so my best bet would be getting a new bumper.

I'm debating going with the Oettinger front. I've got some buddies down in San Diego that could hook up a better price than the usual $1000 it goes for. I was also thinking about the Deval bumper from eurogearusa, but from what I've found by searching is that most of them have fitment issues. Or would I be better off going with the stock S4 bumper? Opinions? Other options?

    My questions are:

Does the Oetty bumper allow for fogs without (much) modification? The S6 LED mod looks sick, but I most likely wont do that.

Is there any place online where I can compare prices for an OEM bumper? I tried OEMplus, but nope. I'm trying to stay away from the dealer as long as I can, but if the price isn't ridic, I may go that route.

    thanks in advance.

    DAMN BLUUD THAT SUXXX.....!
    My opinion- keep it stock.
One of the guys at the firehouse backed up into the S and dented the bumper beyond repair!
If you have a regular mechanic and you have a good relationship with him(NO HOMO), ask him if he can order you an OEM, and not to bang you you over the head for the price(if you're a regular with this mechanic, ask him to do the right thing, I did it with my mechanic). Bring it to a collision joint(a good one!), get it matched, installed and BOOYA back in the game!
Hope that input helps and you don't have to drain your pocket...good luck!
