I was wondering if Aftermarket L.E.D. taillights will throw a code in a B6 a4 USP

Depends whether or not they have the resistor in them... if they dont.. Codes are going to be coming like a heard of wildabeasts! haaha

lmao, ok so they need to have a resistor. do they ussually come with the lights? or is it something you get on its own?

resistors are easy to add with parts from your local radio shack.
