the other day i had my tires rotated and the idiots that did it lost 2 of my lug bolt caps! does anyone know where i can get more?

I went to Discount Tire late last year and they managed to lose one in addition to temporarily misplacing my center caps on two of the wheels. The promised to order me the lug cap and took my information.

Anticipating that they would never call (and to date they have not) I immediately dropped by the dealership and the service advisor pulled a little baggie out his drawer full of caps and gave me one free. I bet Audi dealerships come across this all the time, and giving these away is good for customer relations.

On a similar note, I had just dropped $975 on new shoes for my acura at Americas Tire, and after leaving saw that ONE out of four wheels had the valve stem cap. When I pulled up in front of the garage and told the dude, he was just gonna hand me the three caps. I'm like no, and turned to point out the one tire that was ok and he got the hint that he needed to do HIS job.
