its bad. if possible, replace 2 tires with the same spec; better if you replaced all 4 though. You did not mention what the condition of the other 3 All Season tires are, so if they are still good (like 95% to 90% tread remaining) I'd get just one to replace the flat and another to replace the spare. IMHO, AS tires will be good enough provided you don't drive like a stuntman at rush hour traffic(ie: taking 25mph corners at speeds over 60mph) and weaving in and out of traffic (just like the hundreds of stupid videos on YouTube) racing some shitty rice rocket.
To give you an idea, I run summer tires right now and I have had zero problems as far as grip is concerned. How much more if I had all seasons or snow tires? The cost of snow tires is what gets me. I can't justify dropping the $$$ for a set that I will use for just a few months of the year. Not to mention, they're made of a really soft compound that wears them out quickly. Driving in snowy or icy conditions isnt rocket science. just drive smart, be prudent and always be cautious.
