Any ideas for using a pair of Alcon calipers?

So I might be able to get a pair of alcon Mono4 calipers pretty cheap, say under $500. I was going to email Stasis and see if they could sell me a set of the caliper carriers and rotors, but I'm not sure they'll sell them apart from the entire kit. Does anyone have any ideas on other options? Does anyone think I'd have difficulty finding any special brake lines I'd need, or would Goodridge SS lines work with these? I guess I should finally admit to being a scrounger and ebay addict. Any legit suggestions are welcome.

Oh, and I just got a set of B7 RS4 mirrors in the mail yesterday. Just need to go pick up the base plates.

I don't see why Stasis wouldn't sell you the rest of the setup minus the calipers.

The Stasis kit uses Goodridge SS brake lines front and rear

Never mind. Looks like someone from here found the Ebay ad I was looking at and snatched it out from under my nose. And so ends me mentioning anything I see on Ebay.de or Ebay.co.uk ever again.

Sucks to hear someone snagged up your item.

That's why I rarely post up a killer find until after I have it in hand.

that blows. I've seen so many post on here where people asking if this and that is "real" aka K04's and end up not getting it because someone else grabs it because of their free advertisement. There will be others.

That happened to me with some RGRs, sucks a lot. Turns out I doubt they would fit my brakes anyway.

However, in the future you can be sure they'll sell the rotors (they do wear out after all). Just a matter of if they'd sell the carriers separately.

I emailed Stasis, but I have yet to receive a response. I can't see why they wouldn't sell the carriers. I mean, when a company refuses to do that, it's shooting them in the foot. Who in their right mind turns away a paying customer that comes to you to buy a part? ECS refused to sell me the stuff for Porsche brakes, which I think is sad. They could sell a lot more product if they offered a DIY kit that included the carriers, lines, and rotors. But I guess they don't want to make more money?

There have been a couple of times I emailed Stasis and never heard back. Better to just call them.
